Method
- Place everything into a food processor, or high speed blender, and puree until smooth
- While the motor is running drizzle in water until your desired consistency is reached
- Adjust to your taste by adding more salt, pepper, lemon juice etc.
Note
- *Any fresh herbs can be used in this recipe – Parsley, basil, tarragon, coriander, dill are all delicious. Use two or three of your favourites depending on what you are serving the dressing with.
- Use to dress chicken, fish, salads, or even as a dip with steamed asparagus, baby new potatoes or broccoli
