• 1 clove Garlic – minced
  • 1 whole Spring Onion
  • 1 ripe Avoexpress Avocado
  • Juice from 1 Lemon
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Herbs*
  • ¼ cup plain Yoghurt – or Greek Yoghurt / Sour Cream / Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper – or more if you like it spicier
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  • Place everything into a food processor, or high speed blender, and puree until smooth
  • While the motor is running drizzle in water until your desired consistency is reached
  • Adjust to your taste by adding more salt, pepper, lemon juice etc.

Note

  • *Any fresh herbs can be used in this recipe – Parsley, basil, tarragon, coriander, dill are all delicious. Use two or three of your favourites depending on what you are serving the dressing with.
  • Use to dress chicken, fish, salads, or even as a dip with steamed asparagus, baby new potatoes or broccoli
