• 1 ½ cups unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup fresh baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 medium ripe Banana
  • ½ a ripe Avoexpress Avocado
  • 1 cup frozen Blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon – optional

  • Replace Hemp Seeds with Flax Seeds or Spinach with Kale to taste
  • Add more Almond Milk to make a thinner smoothie
