Serves 4-6

  • 2 perfectly ripe large avocados
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sweetener of your choice – honey, maple syrup, agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 50 grams cocoa powder

Place peeled and pitted avocados in a food processor and blend until smooth. Mix honey, vanilla and cocoa powder together and add to avocado, blending until mixed thoroughly.

Divide between 4-6 serving dishes and place in fridge for at least one hour. Serve with fresh raspberries or orange segments, or even a dollop of cream and shaved chocolate on top.
